Absolutely love their Rum! We like to consider ourselves fairly experienced in the world of spiced rums but their Honey Spiced Rum has to be the best on the market. Super great customer service too and love the sustainable packaging. Can’t wait to try their Cornish rum too! 👍
What can I say? These guys are awesome! I went to them with a special request for a friends wedding and they absolutely smashed it. I was being that awkward 20 questions person and these guys took it in their stride and went above and beyond. They truely did something special. In constant communication, friendly and helpful. I’ve just visited their pop up shop in Porthleven and was so impressed that I bought a bottle of each of their offerings. These people really know what they’re doing; their rum is especially delicious. I will be buying more online soon.

Coastal Dry Gin
A light, citrus-forward Cornish gin with coastal botanics. Fresh sea aster, foraged rock samphire, and local sea berries create bright citrus notes with a delicate sea herb finish. Fire-distilled in small batches on our copper pot stills.

Ocean Dry Gin
Juniper and coriander lead with bold, confident notes. Seaweed harvested from the Cornish shoreline adds wonderfully spiced, herbal character with light saline tones. Ocean botanicals create a complex spirit where juniper ebbs and flows, giving way to citric softness before crashing back with full force. Fire-distilled in small batches.

Cask Aged Gold Rum
Open fermented and double pot distilled over flame.

Black Spiced
Born from the wild Cornish coast. Fermented above the sea spray, fire-distilled, spiced and oak-aged. A bold, dark rum inspired by pounding surf, howling winds, and warm nights by the fire

Spiced Honey
Sweet Cornish honey meets salty seaweed umami with saffron, tangerine and spice. Small batch, fire-distilled, cask aged. Un-chill-filtered for maximum flavour.

Open fermented, fire distilled and proofed down with Cornish water. Pure, clean and unadulterated—free from additives, sugars and flavourings. Light notes of toffee apples, vanilla and molasses with a herbal quality that makes this spirit oh so elegant.

Mariners Rum & Tea
Smoked Manuka and Earl Grey tea from Cornwall's Roseland peninsula matched to our golden cask-aged rum. A delicious spirit inspired by the days when rum and tea shared galleons across the oceans.
