JAGO SILVER ILLUSTRATIONS

We were over the moon when Jago agreed to work with us on our Spiced honey rum bottle illustrations. His work on other projects amazed us and we felt this would be the perfect match for our spirits.

His creativity and passion shows in all he does and we are extremely proud to have this shown on our bottle.

Jago has been illustrating children’s books since graduating from Falmouth in 2003. He works from his home in North Cornwall where he lives with his family.
He has produced illustrations for over 60 children’s books and a few magazines, as well as a TV show or two, some logos and album covers. Recently he has also participated in a series of exhibitions, and signed prints of his work are now available in galleries around the UK. He and his wife are constantly working hard to expand their range of illustrated products in their online shop.

Most of his children’s book work has been for publishers in the US as his agent (Ronnie Herman) is based in New York. He is probably best known for his work with New York Times Bestselling author Sally Lloyd-Jones, whose books have sold more than 3.6 million copies and won a tidy stack of awards.

Jago works entirely digitally using an Apple Pencil with Procreate on an iPad Pro. All his prints are produced using pigment ink and archival paper to ensure excellent lightfastness and are supplied in plastic-free compostable potato starch.
