Ebba – our favourite Scandinavian girl's name, inspired by the ebb and flow of the tide. It's a fitting name for a gin that captures the rhythm of the Cornish coast, where land and sea meet in constant motion.

Coastal Botanicals

At the heart of Ebba are two distinctive coastal botanicals that define its maritime character:

Sea Buckthorn – These vibrant orange berries thrive along our windswept coastline, bringing a subtle tartness and coastal brightness that cuts through the juniper.

Rock Samphire – Foraged from the rocky cliffs of Cornwall, this wild coastal botanical brings distinctive fennel notes with a delicate salinity that evokes the spray of Atlantic waves and the rugged shoreline we call home.

Together with carefully selected juniper and supporting botanicals, they create a gin that tastes unmistakably of Cornwall.
