The Spirit of the Ocean
Rum Dhu was taken from the ocean. From its hidden gullies and kelp forests, deep below the rolling boom of Cornish swells. The howling wind and thunder during squalls. Knuckles pressed white against gunwales on ships out on the blue. Pounding surf against cliffs. Warm nights by the fire with glass in hand whilst storms batter down.


Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep, rich black with ruby highlights when held to the light
Nose: Aromatic and inviting with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and all spice. Hints of dark chocolate, lime, and warming ginger create a complex bouquet
Palate: Bold and full-bodied with layers of sweet spice. Rich caramel and toffee mingle with cinnamon, lime, and a touch of black pepper. Subtle notes of coffee and dark fruit add depth
Finish: Long and warming with lingering spice and a smooth, velvety texture
