Cornish Rum & Gin

Family-Run Cornish Distillery | Craft Rum & Gin

Mounts Bay Distillery is a small family-run distillery in West Cornwall, specializing in handcrafted Cornish rum and gin. Overlooking the stunning Mounts Bay coastline, we ferment, distill, and bottle every spirit from scratch using the finest botanicals and ingredients.

Our coastal location inspires everything we create. Committed to ocean conservation, we minimize plastic use across all our rum and Cornish gin packaging and donate a portion of our profits to plastic-free seas charities.

Every bottle is proudly made in Cornwall from start to finish, reflecting our passion for craft spirits and our dedication to protecting the seas we call home.
