Inspired by the ebb and flow of the Cornish tides, Ebba Tidal Cornish Dry Gin is our most adventurous expression — a bold, juniper-forward gin with a distinctly oceanic character, pot distilled in small batches at Mounts Bay Distillery.
Named after our first still, Ebba, and the Scandinavian word for the retreating tide, this gin captures the wild energy of the Cornish coastline. We hand-harvest seaweeds from the shoreline and add them to our botanical blend, lending the gin wonderfully spiced, herbal notes and a light saline finish that sets it apart from any other gin.
