Honey Rum from Cornwall

At Mounts Bay Distillery we specialise in producing Honey Rum and Spiced Rum in Cornwall. Our rum & spiced rum starts its life as molasses, we then add Cornish water and a blend of yeasts and leave it to ferment. After fermentation our rum wash is double distilled on our pot still before being left to age in oak casks. Being able to choose our own fermentation process and distillation enables us to produce some pretty tasty and unique Cornish honey rum!
