Spiced Rum from Cornwall

At Mounts Bay Distillery we specialise in the distillation of Spiced Rum from Cornwall. We take the finest spices and botanics from around the world such as allspice, cinnamon and vanilla, as well as locally grown botanics, sea berries, seaweeds, local honeys and coastal herbs to create truly unique spiced rums.

We start our rum ferments using grade A molasses, a blend of yeasts including wild yeasts and Cornish water before distilling on our small pot still. Our spiced rums are aged in casks before being spiced and bottled.
