Ebba tidal Cornish Gin has a wonderful juniper punch and spice from the seaweeds harvested along the shoreline.
Pepper Dulse gives wonderful spiced flavours, Dulse leads to an amazing mouthfeel as well as a saline umami taste, similar to sea spray and sugar kelp wonderful sweetness and body.

Our gins are made using both vapor infusion for the lighter and more floral botanics and pot distilled for the stronger flavors, such as juniper, coriander and cassia bark. We do not add anything to our gin apart from Cornish water after distillation, totally sugar free with all sweetness coming from the botanics.
