Rum Dhu Pure White is an unspiced Cornish white rum, open-fermented, double pot-distilled and brought to bottling strength with Cornish water.
Without the cask-led character of Gold or the added spice of Black, Pure White puts the distillate first. Made without added sugar or additives at Mounts Bay Distillery in West Cornwall, it's a versatile rum for classic cocktails or a simple serve over ice.
