Squalls in the Bay

Simple, sophisticated and the ideal cocktail for any seafarer, this recipe asks for three or four ingredients.
  • 60 ml honey rum
  • 100 ml ginger ale
  • 1 lime wedge, or a jalapeno, or both.
Preferably a dry ginger ale with a lot of heat to match the honey sweet tones from the rum.

A tall glass with a lot of ice, and enjoy.
