Keynvor — Honey, Oak & the Cornish Sea
Keynvor means 'big ocean' in Cornish. And like the sea it's named after, there's more going on beneath the surface than first meets the eye.

Our Keynvor Honey Spiced Rum is fire distilled in small batches at our workshop near Praa Sands, using Cornish honey and foraged coastal botanicals — peppery seaweed, local honey, and a base of rich molasses. The result is something warm, complex, and unlike anything else you'll find on a shelf.
What it tastes like
Notes of oak, chocolate, vanilla, and honey — with that unmistakable umami finish from the sea. It's the kind of rum that rewards you the longer you sit with it.
Best served over a large ice cube. No mixer needed.

What goes into it
Like everything we make, Keynvor starts with the question: what actually belongs in this bottle? The answer is Cornish honey — not as a flavouring, but as a genuine ingredient that shapes the whole character of the rum. Add foraged coastal seaweed for that deep umami note, oak-aged molasses spirit as the base, and a careful hand with the spice, and you have something that tastes genuinely of where it was made.
The name
Keynvor is the Cornish word for ocean. We chose it because this rum carries the coast in every sip — the salt, the depth, the sense that there's something ancient and unhurried about it. Cornwall's relationship with the sea runs through everything we do, and Keynvor is perhaps the most direct expression of that.
Try before you commit
Keynvor is also available as a 50ml miniature — perfect if you'd like to taste it before ordering a full bottle.
