A Rum Wash Nearly Bubbling Over from a Vigorous Ferment

Our rum wash is fermenting so vigorously it's almost foaming over the top of the open fermenter!

A healthy fermentation means the yeast is hard at work converting sugars into alcohol and developing the flavours that will eventually make their way into our rum.
